I can highly recommend Elke Osheroff Heydecke as a talented massage therapist. I have had regular, weekly appointments with her for six months now. She gives the best relaxing massages I've ever had and greatly improved the range of motion in my neck after just a few weeks. She's thoroughly professional in every way (takes notes, respects privacy, has an incredible knowledge of anatomy, etc) and she customizes the focus within her full body massages depending on what needs the most attention (lower back, neck/shoulders, mouse arm, etc). Other massage professionals have made me feel worse the next day. That never happens with Elke's massages. I leave feeling totally relaxed.
